At DRPCO, we believe that trust is the foundation of everything. You took a chance on us — and we take that seriously. If something isn't right with your order, we will make it right. No runaround. No excuses.

What We Issue Refunds For

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Printing quality issue
  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly different from what was shown

What We Don't Issue Refunds For

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Minor color variation due to screen display differences

Exchanges — Wrong Size?

We get it. Sizing can be tricky. If your shirt doesn't fit the way you expected, we'll exchange it for a different size — simple as that.

How it works:

  1. Contact us on Instagram @thedrpco within 7 days of delivery
  2. Tell us which size you received and which size you need
  3. Ship the original shirt back to us in its original unworn condition
  4. Once we receive it we'll dispatch your new size immediately

Important things to note:

  • The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Shipping back to us is on the customer for size exchanges — since the correct size was originally dispatched
  • We cover the shipping cost of sending your new size back to you
  • We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering to avoid this situation entirely

How To Request A Refund Or Exchange

  1. Contact us on Instagram @thedrpco within 7 days of delivery
  2. Send clear photos of the issue in your DM
  3. We'll review and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved we'll guide you through the full process

Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong item — we cover all shipping costs fully. No questions asked.
  • Size exchange — shipping back to us is on the customer. We cover shipping your new size back to you.

Your Refund Options

Option A — Full Refund Complete refund of your product price processed within 3-5 business days via JazzCash or Easypaisa

Option B — Store Credit Full refund PLUS an extra Rs. 200 bonus credit to spend on your next order. Our way of saying sorry for the inconvenience.

A Note On COD Orders

For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via JazzCash or Easypaisa within 3-5 business days of us receiving the item back.

One Last Thing

Every DRPCO order is printed on demand specifically for you. This means we don't hold ready inventory — your shirt is made fresh the moment you place your order. We ask that you review your size, design choice, and shipping address carefully before confirming your purchase.
