By shopping with DRPCO you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DRPCO online store and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

DRPCO reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page.

Products

All products sold by DRPCO are printed on demand. This means every item is made specifically for you at the time of your order. As a result:

  • Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays
  • Each print is unique and may have slight variations from the product images shown on our store
  • Production times are included in the delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy

Pricing

All prices displayed on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all product costs. Shipping is charged separately at a flat rate of Rs. 250 and is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

DRPCO reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • All information provided including your name, address and contact number is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • You have reviewed your order including size, design and delivery address before confirming

DRPCO cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and online payment methods available at checkout. All online payments are processed securely. DRPCO does not store any payment information.

For cash on delivery orders payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

All refund and exchange requests are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Exchanges Policy available on our store. Please review that policy before placing your order.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos and content on the DRPCO store are the intellectual property of DRPCO unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any of our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DRPCO shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by our courier partner
  • Damage caused during transit
  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our store or purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
