Frequently Asked Questions

Will washing affect the print quality? Not at all. Both Plastisol and DTF prints are highly durable and designed to withstand repeated washing. We recommend:

• Turn the shirt inside out
• Wash in cold water on gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent only
• Air dry in shade

Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes — COD is available across all of Pakistan.

Can I return my shirt if I change my mind? Yes, we offer best in business, hassle free returns, even on change on mind— but only for online paying customers with a DRPCO account. If you paid online and created an account on our website, you can return your order within 7 days for a full product refund no questions asked. Simply send the shirt back unworn with tags intact and we'll refund you immediately upon receiving it. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Change of mind returns are not available for COD orders.

Can I exchange my shirt if the size doesn't fit? Yes. Contact us on Instagram @thedrpco within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out for you. Please review our full Refunds & Exchanges policy for details.
